Is Amigo's Honey raw and unfiltered?
Yes, all of our honey is 100% raw and unfiltered. We never heat our honey above natural hive temperatures, ensuring that all beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen remain intact.
What should I do if my honey has crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of high-quality, raw honey. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm water (not boiling) and stir gently until the crystals dissolve.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement immediately.
Is it safe to give honey to infants?
No, honey should not be consumed by infants under 12 months of age. This is a standard safety precaution due to the risk of infant botulism, as recommended by pediatricians.
