At Amigo's Honey, we take pride in the quality of our natural harvests; however, due to the perishable nature of honey, we only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our buzz team at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect honey jar.

    Verification

    Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our food safety return criteria.

  • 3.
    Return Shipping

    If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the original product back to our apiary.

  • 4.
    Refund or Replacement

    Once received, we will immediately ship a fresh replacement jar or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
